Once payment is confirmed, your files will be available for download.
Instant download items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
There are two types of digital purchases:
Instant Downloads: Completed files are available once payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes for the download link to be sent to you.
Payment by bank transfer: payment confirmation can take up to 3 working days, after which you will receive an e-mail with the download link.

-I can't find my download notification email
First, check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, also check the Social and Advertising tabs.
For now, you can still access digital purchases from your account.
-Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?
To access your digital files from your account:
Log in to embroidery-project.com and follow your order and download your invoice on my shop, go to the Order history and details .
Select Download files next to the command.
If you have a guest account, you can follow your order via the Guest Tracking with the reference and e-mail address you will be directed to the download link.
There are usually no restrictions on when and how often you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file from the Purchases page at any time as long as the transaction has not been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be inactive.
-I'm having trouble downloading my files
If you click on the download links and nothing happens, there may be a problem with your browser. web. Disable any non-standard add-ons, such as ad blockers and toolbars, that you have installed, then try again.
The type of file you are downloading will be displayed in the Highlights section of the relevant article page. If your computer can't open the file, it's possible that the program needed to open this type of file isn't installed on your computer.
